Combe Martin

Combe Martin bay offers a safe place for many activities and all ages. Nestled within a scenic cove, Combe Martin’s sheltered bay is perfect for exploring rock pools, kayaking, or simply enjoying the coastal charm.

The gently sloping shoreline and accessible amenities make it a welcoming spot for all visitors.

Surrounded by rugged cliffs and stunning landscapes, Combe Martin offers an inclusive and picturesque escape on the North Devon coast.

Parking

The Kiln carpark offers spacious parking, with two disabled bays behind the toilet block. The Parade carpark has no designated disabled spaces but offers large bays.

On-street parking is available along the seafront and near the shops. Blue Badge holders are exempt from parking fees, but check meters for updates. Parking charges remain your responsibility.

Wheelchairs

Combe Martin offers a Wheeleez and Access For All Hippocampe beach wheelchair for hire near the main beach slipway—look for the flags.

An Access For All Banana Board is also available.

The key is available at the Premier shop opposite. Hire is free, but donations are welcome.

Beach access

Beach access from the carpark slipway is steep and uneven for wheelchair users. The main beach slipway by the main road is the better route.

Toilets

A disabled toilet with a Radar key lock is located near the entrance of the Kiln carpark.
